About the role
Assist with planning, managing, and directing the high school girls Dive/Swim team program for the 2026-27 school year.
Responsibilities
- Assistant coaching the girls Dive/Swim team
- Manage all aspects of the program including practices, competitions, and off-season improvement opportunities (strength and conditioning, contact days)
- Market and promote the Dive/Swim program
- Coach, guide, and provide feedback to student athletes
- Scout opponents
- Assist with managing a fiscally sound budget
- Monitor class schedules, grades, and student-athlete academic progress; intervene where appropriate
- Responsible for Dive/Swim student-athlete retention
- Articulate with the feeder middle school program
- Provide summer camp opportunities for elementary and/or middle school students
