About the role
To help each student achieve the highest level of skill that he/she is capable of while developing self-discipline, good sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem.
Responsibilities
- Work with students to develop their athletic skills
- Develop self-discipline and good sportsmanship in students
- Encourage students to reach their full potential
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current New Mexico Instructor's License preferred
- Have or be able to attain a NMAA coaching certification
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations of sport involved
- Ability to work well with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to work a flexible schedule

Conditions of Employment
- Ability to comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
