About the role
The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of girls volleyball, including game strategy, player development, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Coach in planning and executing practices and games
- Work closely with players to improve their skills and teamwork
- Attend all school functions and events related to volleyball
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall athletic program
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
