Assistant Coach

About the role

The Assistant Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of baseball operations, including game planning, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Support the head coach in game planning and strategy
• Work with players to develop their skills and improve performance
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team dynamics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in sports science, education, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school or college level
• Strong knowledge of baseball rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse groups of athletes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for baseball and commitment to student-athlete development

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of video analysis tools
