About the role
The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of girls basketball, including game planning, player development, and team management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in game preparation and strategy discussions
- Work closely with players to improve their skills and performance
- Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the high school level
- Strong understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with video analysis tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass a background check
