Assistant Clubhouse Director
Salary: $60,000
About the role
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse and providing support and supervision to Work Area Coordinators and the Supported Education Coordinator.

- Implementation, development, and administration of the Clubhouse model
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline preferred
- Working knowledge of persons with serious mental illness and substance use disorders or other barriers to community-based employment, education, and housing preferred
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience with Clubhouse model helpful
- Rotating coverage for half shift on holidays and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
