Assistant Club Manager/Lifestyle Director
General Purpose
Serves as director of Club operations and lifestyle programming, responsible for the overall quality of services, facility presentation, and member experience. Oversees day-to-day Club operations, coordinates social and lifestyle programming, and directly manages the CAM and front desk staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as quality control lead for the Club; establishes and maintains operational consistency across all amenities, venues, and services to deliver expected levels of service and facility presentation
- Oversees daily execution of Club operations and activities; creates and maintains inspection checklists for each venue; schedules and coordinates team members to meet daily service goals
- Directly manages the CAM and front desk staff, providing direction, feedback, and accountability
- Plans, coordinates, and implements programs, classes, and special events that promote a healthy, active lifestyle and foster a sense of community among members
- Acts as primary point of contact for all member social events, including event orders, marketing, invitations, menu selection, RSVPs, billing coordination, and onsite representation
- Creates and distributes all member-facing communications, including the monthly newsletter, announcements, flyers, signage, and event calendars; serves as primary owner of the Club's website and social media channels
- Maintains and develops relationships with current members to encourage Club participation; attends member functions and weekly social engagements; welcomes new members and conducts orientations
- Develops and manages the Activities budget; plans and coordinates Club amenity services in accordance with the budget; assists in preparation of monthly department reports
- Communicates with management and associates to support membership goals, satisfaction, and retention; effectively addresses member and prospective member inquiries, complaints, and facility challenges
- Tracks member participation to measure activity success and develop Club-wide metrics; assists the sales team with prospective member engagement
- Performs payroll management and employee accountability duties
Ability
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays required; maintains regular and reliable attendance
