As an Assistant Clinical Supervisor III at 360 Behavioral Health, you’ll lead a team, shape high-quality clinical programs, and make a real impact on clients’ lives—all while building the clinical and leadership skills that will prepare you for your BCBA journey. Your Role in Action Carry a caseload and meet billable service requirements, including supervision hours and direct servicesManage client programs, monitor progress, and make data-driven treatment adjustmentsConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and consult with case providersSupervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, including training, feedback, and parent coachingEnsure compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policiesPrepare and submit utilization and treatment reports to supervisorsLead team meetings and support staff professional developmentParticipate in special projects and contribute to clinical program improvement Essential Qualifications 2+ years clinical experience delivering direct services to individuals with diverse diagnoses and skill levels (desired)1+ year supervisory experience, including staff training and performance evaluationsExperience implementing client behavior plans across multiple settingsExpertise in assessment and intervention strategiesReport writing and documentation skills Core Skills & Strengths Strong clinical and leadership skillsCollaborative with multidisciplinary teamsProficient in Microsoft OfficeSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independentlyProfessional, detail-oriented, and reliableComfortable providing services in diverse in-home settingsEffective communicator with clients, families, and staff What You Need To Succeed Education: must possess a Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldExperience: Minimum 1 year providing behavior analysis servicesSupervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year leading and training staff Ready to step into leadership while gaining the experience you need for your BCBA?
