A leading early-phase clinical research site in Miami is seeking an Assistant Clinical Research Coordinator to join a fast-paced, high-volume clinical pharmacology unit. What You'll Do Support CRCs in coordinating Phase I and early-phase studies from startup through closeoutAssist with subject screening, informed consent processes, and study visit coordinationHelp perform and document clinical procedures, including vitals, under CRC/PI supervisionMaintain source documentation and support study file organizationAssist with EDC data entry and query resolutionSupport adverse event tracking and reporting per protocol requirementsHelp prepare for and support sponsor/CRO monitoring visitsAssist with investigational product handling and accountability per protocol Requirements Prior exposure to clinical research coordinationStrong communication skills in both Spanish and English Comfortable working with protocols and learning EDC systemsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to work independentlyMust be based in or willing to work on-site full-time in Miami, FLCurrent US work authorization (visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
