Assistant Clinical Professor and Assistant Director of Fieldwork and Accreditation

Demonstrated knowledge of California TPEs, TPAs, and CTC credentialing standard.

• Minimum of five (5) years of successful P–12 teaching experience
• At least three (3) years of experience in supervision, fieldwork coordination, or credentialing

Doctorate in Education or related field is preferred.

• Experience supervising or managing professional staff
• Experience with accreditation, compliance reporting, and program assessment
• Experience with university systems such as Banner, Argos, OnBase, Salesforce, DegreeWorks, and supervision platforms

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to interpret and apply complex credentialing and policy requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage high-stakes deadlines and competing priorities
• Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, school partners, and university leadership

Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures are preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice, equity, and inclusion in a university setting
• Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work
