Assistant Clinical Manager RN Med Surg FT Afternoons - Genesys

About the Role

The Assistant Clinical Manager assumes both a clinical and management role under the supervision of the Director / Nurse Manager. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the provision of patient care services within the Med Surg department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of budgets, quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives, regulatory compliance, and policies within the department.
• Assist in the evaluation and discipline of personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Two years of RN experience.
• Current RN license in the State of Michigan.
• BCLS/ACLS per unit's standard.
• Certifications appropriate for the specific unit.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 40 hours/week, noon - 10:30 pm. Friday and weekend requirements may be added in the near future.
