Responsibilities
- Provides clinical oversight of ABA services within a center
- Sets up and supports a caseload
- Supports ongoing structured mentorship to BCBAs in the center
- Trains and mentors BCBAs at the local, in-center level
Requirements
- Masters degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
- At least two years of experience as a BCBA
- Valid licensure in applicable states
Qualifications
- Exemplary clinical, leadership, and mentorship skills
- Able to effectively impart clinical, leadership, and professional growth to fellow BCBAs

Work-From-Home Days: Two days per month for administrative work, treatment planning, and POCs
