Assistant Clinical Director (ACD)

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight of ABA services within a center
• Sets up and supports a caseload
• Provides ongoing structured mentorship to BCBAs in the center
• Supports the mentorship and training of BCBAs at the local, in-center level

Requirements

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience as a BCBA
• Valid licensure in applicable states

Skills

Ability to impart clinical, leadership, and professional growth skills in fellow BCBAs.
