Assistant Client Service Manager
About the role
The Assistant Client Service Manager (ACSM) is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities. They are responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch and for backing up the Client Service Manager in their absence. They manage the efficient, effective, and accurate performance of all the Operations Functions of the branch including Teller functions, New Account functions, and background operations tasks and duties. The ACSM also actively cross-sells Bank products and services and supports the staff in their cross-selling efforts. They perform a variety of daily tasks including reviewing management reports, daily callbacks, solving problems associated with item and data processing, and assisting the Client Service Manager, Regional Branch Administrator, and the Director of Branch Administration with duties and projects as requested. The ACSM ensures clients are served promptly, courteously, efficiently, and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Back up the Client Service Manager in their absence
- Manage Teller, New Account, and Operations functions
- Achieve cross-selling of Bank products and services
- Assist with management reports and daily callbacks
- Solve problems related to item and data processing
- Support the Client Service Manager, Regional Branch Administrator, and Director of Branch Administration with duties and projects
- Ensure prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional service to clients
Requirements
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Previous management experience
- Minimum 3 years bank experience in Operations Department
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of Teller, New Account, and Operations procedures
- Thorough understanding of banking regulations and standard banking practices
- Good communication skills
- Professional appearance, dress, and attitude
- Good math skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software package
- Ability to operate related computer hardware and other business equipment
Qualifications
- Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience: Previous management experience and a minimum of 3 years bank experience in Operations Department
- Skills/Abilities: Good communication skills, professional appearance, dress, and attitude, good math skills, ability to use Microsoft Office software package, ability to operate related computer hardware and other business equipment
Pay
Hiring Salary Range: $57,783.96 to $60,000. This compensation information is United Business Bank's good-faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
