Assistant Client Experience Manager
About the role
Cape Cod Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced Assistant Client Experience Manager to join their client care leadership team. This full-time role supports the Client Care Team across both their Buzzards Bay and Dennis locations.
Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Client Care Team
- Aid with routine client care duties, such as checking patients in and out, taking payments, issuing refunds, answering phones, and directing calls appropriately
- Ensure medical records are complete and accurate
- Create and maintain schedules to support appropriate team coverage
- Review and approve PTO requests
- Train team members on client care duties, workflows, and expectations
- Conduct performance reviews for assigned direct reports
- Reconcile daily transactions and bank deposits
- Promote and follow hospital policies, procedures, and protocols
- Complete Accounts Receivable tasks as part of the broader A/R team
- Monitor and respond to social media activity as appropriate
- Promote professional, respectful, and compassionate communication with clients, coworkers, and referring veterinarians
Qualifications
- Management or leadership experience required
- Veterinary experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to support a team in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Flexibility to assist with shift coverage as needed
- Ability to work at both the Buzzards Bay and Dennis locations
Pay, Schedule, And Benefits
Pay Range: $26–$29 per hour
Most new hires can expect an offer based on related experience, expertise, and alignment with comparable positions within the hospital, typically between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
The schedule includes days, evenings, weekends, and a holiday rotation at both the Buzzards Bay and Dennis locations.
The initial training schedule may differ.
