About the role

The Assistant Center Director – Lead & Grow in Math Education (Full-Time!) position at Mathnasium is ideal for individuals looking to lead and grow in a supportive environment without prior management experience.

Responsibilities

- Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents via email/text - Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during the Center Director's absence - Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvement

Requirements

- Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry preferred) - Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hours) - Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader - Background check required

Qualifications

No prior management experience necessary. Our training covers everything you need to succeed.

Compensation

$20.50 - $22.50 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, 30–35 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday flexibility.
