Assistant Center Director - Full Time Leadership Role

About the role

As Assistant Director, partner with our Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and hit center goals. No management experience? We train you to lead and advance fast.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements

Requirements

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs/week)
• Passion for kids and teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check
