About the role

As Assistant Center Director at Mathnasium, you will partner with the Center Director to build a high-energy team, drive student success, and achieve center goals.

Responsibilities

• Craft custom math plans, reassess students, and update parents (email/text)
• Handle inquiries and step in for seamless operations during Director absences
• Monitor floor quality, train tutors, and analyze reports for improvements

Requirements

• Math skills through Algebra I (Geometry+ a plus)
• Full-time availability (M-Th, F/Sa flexible within 30–35 hrs)
• Passion for kids/teams; customer-focused leader
• Pass background check

Qualifications

• No prior management experience required; we provide paid leadership training
