About the role
Status: Non-exempt
Responsibilities
- Provides supervised visitation for children and their families.
- Transports clients to and from visits, foster care placements, and other identified appointments.
- Promotes positive parenting and child development while reducing the risk of child maltreatment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, risk-free driving record.
- Child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and childcare/elder care disqualification list screenings.
- Pre-employment drug screen and physical.
- American Red Cross first aid and CPR certification.
Qualifications
- Christian commitment to serving at-risk children and families.

Skills
- Manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to drive and transport clients.

Schedule
