Assistant Buyer - Jewelry
About the role
The Assistant Buyer role at QVC Group supports the company in identifying and negotiating products, prices, and terms to deliver sales results across multiple platforms. This role requires a keen eye for spotting trends and translating those insights into new products and shows that resonate with QVC fans.
Responsibilities
- Translate product and customer trends into actionable ideas, concepts, products, and shows that appeal to QVC customers
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain robust communication with vendors and cross-functional teams, strengthening internal and external relationships
- Take lead in the office during the Buyer I's absence
Requirements
- Your academic flair with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent superhero-level business experience in corporate buying)
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in related fields—a solid foundation ready to build a phenomenal future
- Understanding of Retail Math strongly preferred
Qualifications
- Reside in one of the following states: PA, NJ, or DE
- Must be willing to be onsite at Studio Park in West Chester, PA several days per month
Skills
