Assistant Buyer - Culinary

About the role
The Assistant Buyer supports QVC or HSN in identifying and negotiating products, prices, and terms to deliver sales results across multiple platforms. You'll orchestrate product negotiations, develop new concepts, and drive sales across all platforms. With a keen eye for trends, you'll translate customer insights into new products and shows that resonate with QVC fans.
This role is hybrid and requires onsite presence at Studio Park in West Chester, PA several days per month. Candidates must reside in PA, NJ, or DE. Relocation assistance is not available.
Responsibilities
- Translate product and customer trends into actionable ideas, concepts, products, and shows that appeal to QVC customers
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain robust communication with vendors and cross-functional teams, strengthening internal and external relationships
- Take lead in the office during the Buyer I's absence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience in corporate buying
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in related fields
- Understanding of Retail Math strongly preferred
