Western Dental Services is seeking talented, passionate, and business-minded individuals to join our organization as an Associate Business Manager in the Northern California region. Responsibilities

• Assist patients in completing doctor-prescribed treatment plans and help them get the care they need.
• Greet and check-in patients in a friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Prepare new patient electronic charts accurately and efficiently.
• Collect and post payments, record receipts, balance nightly deposits, and complete credit card processing.
• Execute patient consults to ensure patients understand doctor-prescribed treatment plans, conduct patient chart audits, perform handoffs, and follow company policies.
• Enter and update patient treatment plans at the direction of the treating doctor using company practice management software.
• Follow up with patients during subsequent visits to schedule open treatment.
• Work with the doctor and patient to ensure completion of treatment plans, uncover and remove patient barriers, and educate patients regarding insurance benefits and payment options.
• Alert the doctor when patients have clinical questions and follow up with patients to review completed treatment and schedule appointments for open treatment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in a sales or retail environment; some combination of management and sales preferred.
• Four-year college degree (preferred).
• Demonstrates the ability to solve common problems and provide immediate solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.

Career Growth

Upon completion of training, the Associate Business Manager will be prepared to assume a Business Manager role, leading a clinic alongside the Managing Doctor to achieve operational and clinical success. Promotions are based on performance, company need, and position availability.
