About the Role

Manages a business activity as an assistant manager of a Food and Beverage Facility. Supervises assigned staff and represents the activity to the public.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and enforces operating procedures of a Food and Beverage Facility.
• Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities, and revenue improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
• Must meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Must satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks, including a Tier 1 background investigation with Supervisor of Minor Checks.
• Pre-employment physical is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a government vehicle for bank runs and outdoor events.
• Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
• Uniform and name tags are provided and required.
• Operation is 7 days a week; shift may vary due to mission. Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
• Highly Preferred Qualifications:
  • A minimum of six (6) months supervisory experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Food service experience.
