About the Role
Manages a business activity as an assistant manager in a Food and Beverage Facility. Supervises assigned staff and represents the activity to the public. Recommends and enforces operating procedures, conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations for services, promotional activities, and revenue improvements.
Responsibilities

- Recommend and enforce operating procedures for a Food and Beverage Facility.
- Conduct surveys and review activity reports to make recommendations for services, promotional activities, and revenue improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required.
- Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Complete a Tier 1 background investigation, including Supervisor of Minor Checks.
- Pass a pre-employment physical.
- Possess a valid driver’s license to operate a government vehicle for bank runs and outdoor events.
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
- Uniform and name tags are provided and required.
- Operation is 7 days a week; shift may vary due to mission. Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
- Highly Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of six (6) months supervisory experience.
- Cash handling experience.
- Food service experience.

This job is part of a pay-banded system. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
