About the Role
Manages a business activity as an assistant manager, supervises assigned staff, and represents the activity to the public. Recommends and enforces operating procedures for a Food and Beverage Facility. Conducts surveys, reviews activity reports, and makes recommendations concerning services, promotional activities, and revenue improvements.

Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card are required
- Must meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position
- A one-year probationary period may be required
- Must satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- Subject to satisfactory completion of pre-employment checks, including a Tier 1 background investigation (Supervisor of Minor Checks)
- Pre-employment physical is required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license to operate a government vehicle for bank runs and outdoor events
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors
- Uniform and name tags are provided and required
- Operation is 7 days a week; shift may vary due to mission
- Required to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
Resumes must clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess:
- Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed
Highly preferred qualifications include:
- A minimum of six (6) months supervisory experience
- Cash handling experience
- Food service experience
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
