Duties

Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of food service facility with up to 12 employees.
Responsible for employee scheduling.
Conducts staff performance reviews and appraisals.
Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods.
Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives.
Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license.
  • Must have the ability to obtain (withing the first six (6) months and maintain a Food Protection Manager Certification acquired through an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited agency is required).
  • Must have the ability to obtain a food handlers certificate within the first three (3) months of employment.
  • Attend Team Member Orientation (TMO) within 30 days of employment.
  • Must be able to work an uncommon tour of duty.

  • A Qualified Candidate Must Possess The Following:
    • Cash handling experience to include direct handling of cash items, and use of cash accountability control methods.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, stressful environment.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Area of Consideration: Local commuting area (U.S. Citizens and Non U.S. Citizens that live within 50 miles of Ft. Rucker, AL).
