About You
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills, a positive and collaborative approach, and an interest in building a career in project management, operations, events, or executive support. You do not need to have done everything before; what matters most is a willingness to learn, manage multiple tasks, and work with care and professionalism. You’ll develop communication and stakeholder management skills by working with teams across the organisation. The role also offers hands-on experience supporting meetings, travel, expenses, event coordination, and day-to-day project activity. Some previous experience in coordination, administration, project support, events, or operations would be helpful, but we also welcome transferable skills and potential. Exposure to sustainability reporting or large-scale events is a plus, but not essential.
