What You're Expected To Do
- Effectively lead the customer acquisition strategy for InsureMe.
- Improve and manage customer experience across touchpoints.
- Negotiate and recommend Insurance solutions to fit customer requirements.
- Act with ownership to deliver individual targets to drive company performance.
Profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience,
- Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Having a technical qualification will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal & presentation skills with a good oral command of Sinhala, Tamil, or English.
- Having sound IT Literacy (MS. Office package) is essential.
- A result-oriented individual with the ability to achieve set targets and meet deadlines.
