Assistant Building Engineer - Panorama Towers

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aid in the maintenance and repair of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and common areas; support preventive maintenance and accurately log completed work.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally; assist in troubleshooting issues and maintaining safe, clean engineering spaces.
• Support vendor coordination and monitor building systems such as BAS, fire/life safety, lighting controls, and water systems.

Requirements

• Technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or building systems preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a building engineer, maintenance technician, or facilities professional, ideally in a high-rise setting.
• Working knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), fire/life safety equipment, and energy management systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
• Availability for on-call emergencies and occasional weekends or evenings.
