About the role

Functions as a Receptionist / Assistant in every area of The Breast Care Center. Must possess a working knowledge of all work areas. Principal duties and responsibilities will vary depending on which area of the Breast Care Center the Receptionist / Assistant is assigned to and/or working in (Reception Desk, Front Office, Laboratory, Mammography Patient Care/Waiting Room, File Room, Scheduling, and Patient Escort).

Responsibilities

  • Varies by assignment within the Breast Care Center (Reception Desk, Front Office, Laboratory, Mammography Patient Care/Waiting Room, File Room, Scheduling, and Patient Escort).

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to courteously interact with callers and visitors.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Electronic Medical Record System and Outlook for scheduling.
  • Prior customer service work experience a plus.
  • Prior medical assistant work experience a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Pay

Englewood Health job postings provide a minimum rate to comply with New Jersey law. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and skills. The minimum rate does not include bonuses, incentives, differential pay, or other forms of compensation.

Schedule

  • Full-time, days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
