Assistant Brand Ambassador

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage advertising and promotional activities, including print and digital campaigns.
• Manage the development, production, and distribution of promotional materials and giveaways to support marketing programs and field efforts.
• Plan and manage events and galas, sponsorships and charitable contributions.
• Develop, plan and execute educational programs by collaborating with the community and physicians.
• Cook up the onboarding process for new physicians and locations, including announcement mailings, photoshoots, and advertising efforts across websites, print materials, social media, and office signage.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the Astera Cancer Care, Astera Urology, and Solara Health websites to ensure they are user-friendly, up-to-date, and reflective of the brand’s mission.
• Maintain the budget, approve and track marketing charges.
• Plan and manage internal newsletters and patient email communications.
• Collaborate efficiently and effectively with internal team members and external agency partners, including the OneOncology practice marketing department, to deliver on business objectives.
• Drive a collaborative, curious, and inspired culture in the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science; Marketing or Business Administration preferred
• Marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines
