ASSISTANT BRANCH TEAM LEAD I

About the role

The Assistant Branch Team Lead I role at Fox Communities Credit Union's Kimberly branch is responsible for creating a positive first impression and establishing strong member relationships. This position assists with supervision of front-line staff and branch operations, processes member transactions, and supports the Branch Team Lead with service and staffing levels.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold the Fox Mission, Purpose, Vision, and Values
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members
• Ensure an exceptional experience for members and that the branch team is providing the same
• Balance branch vaults, cashboxes, ATMs, and cash recyclers (TCRs) promptly and accurately
• Support the Branch Team Lead with service and staffing levels, including managing MRO staff; ensure adequate coverage and respond to members' needs quickly while maintaining the highest quality of member experience
• Maintain a strong knowledge of credit union products and services to confidently share features and benefits with members
• Support frontline team members with advanced transactions
• Perform branch audits
• Troubleshoot member concerns effectively
• Process member transactions and account maintenance confidently, accurately, and efficiently
• Open new accounts while building member relationships by uncovering member needs, suggesting products and services, and providing overall member education

Requirements

Candidates should possess one to three years of similar or related experience, previous supervisory experience is a plus but may not be required. Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, and ability to resolve conflict and problem solve are also required.

Qualifications

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Skills

Skills required include strong customer service skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25,000 - $35,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
