Seeking a seasoned claims leadership professional with a background in complex workers compensation claims with litigation. This role offers the opportunity to:

Responsibilities
You will do significant work in partnership with our workers compensation clients to consistently deliver superior customer service and own outcomes by effectively communicating and embracing new challenges to drive success.
- Identify the right resources, at the right time and in the right place.
- Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities.
- Lead claims supervisors and adjusters to provide high-quality and efficient service.
- Drive adjuster hiring and training to champion a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
- Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality.
- Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees.
- Connect with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, positive, and proactive manner.
- Optimally manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.
- Build and sustain an accountable, results-oriented culture.
- Focus on talent development and effective performance management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required).
- Minimum of 12 years of related claims experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions.
- Bachelor's Degree (desired).
