Responsibilities

As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), you’ll undergo an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Originating new loan business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Recommending consumer loan and voluntary product solutions based on customer needs.
• Educating customers on lending services, credit improvement, and debt consolidation.
• Assisting with loan applications, payment reminders, and insurance claims processing.
• Evaluating loan applications, performing risk analysis, and making credit decisions.
• Assisting the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and sales goal planning.
• Promoting core values and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred majors include Business, Finance, Sales, or related fields.
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must pass criminal background, credit history, and pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion to Branch Manager (full relocation package provided for moves >50 miles).
