Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and make payment reminder calls.
• Evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, make credit decisions, administer loan closings, and process insurance claims.
• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and ensuring outstanding customer experience.

Training & career path

As an Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), you will complete an 18–24 month on-the-job paid training program covering branch operations and management. After training, you will be promoted to Branch Manager, typically requiring relocation. A full relocation package is provided for moves over 50 miles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Sales, or related field preferred).
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience (retail, goal-oriented, or incentive-based) preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication, and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Must meet acceptable standards for criminal background history, credit history, and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing to sell voluntary insurance products (based on state department of insurance background check).
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role.

Pay

Competitive base salary of $45,000 per year (paid hourly) plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging $8,000 annually.
