About the role

This position is an Assistant Branch Manager at Legacy Community Federal Credit Union. The branch is located in the greater Birmingham area and serves the University of Alabama at Birmingham community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist team and members with financial transactions
  • Answer complex questions about products and services
  • Receive loan applications
  • Resolve problems
  • Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone

Requirements

  • Prior frontline financial service experience
  • Experience handling money
  • Knowledge of the lending process
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of related experience

Schedule

The standard hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:30 am - 6:30 pm.
