Assistant Branch Manager

About the role

Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace. Managing and mentoring of CMT/geotechnical engineering staff. Working with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects. Senior level review and preparation of geotechnical reports. Client and business development, as well as assisting other staff in marketing our services.

Responsibilities

• Developing staff and getting our name out in the marketplace.
• Making sure all CMT/geotechnical engineering staff are developed and mentored.
• Collaborating with both construction materials testing (CMT) and geotechnical staff and projects.
• Conducting senior level reviews and preparing geotechnical reports.
• Driving client and business development efforts, including assisting other staff in marketing our services.

Requirements

• A BS or MS degree in Civil Engineering or a similar engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program.
• At least 10-15 years of technical and managerial experience.
• A Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

Pay

Salary range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually.
