Job Duties
- Oversee daily branch operations and lead a member-facing team by example
- Consistently provide members with exceptional service and outstanding value
- Build strong relationships with new and existing members and truly make a difference in people's lives
- Regularly serves as a Member Service Representative in opening consumer loan/deposit accounts, answering questions on existing account, explaining CoVantage's online/mobile services, and other responsibilities
- Actively share information about credit union products and services to help members meet their financial needs
- Coach employees to identify member needs and align products/services that will help members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or three years of relevant work experience with related training
- Experience in consumer lending, credit cards, deposit accounts, and collections
- Must possess highly effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft office and Windows software
- Candidates able to read, write and speak Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply
