About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at a branch location, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining compliance with all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, including customer service, cash handling, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Manage and train staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of banking or financial services experience.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
