Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Affirm compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Aid in developing and implementing strategies to meet branch goals and objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to branch staff.
- Resolve member issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall branch efficiency.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and banking software.
- Flexibility to participate in CCCU-sponsored events or seminars outside of branch operation hours.

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am- 5:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 5:45pm
