About the role

Ensures in-store operations are effective, efficient, and in compliance with credit union policies and procedures. Assists the Branch Vice President to ensure the smooth flow of branch operations. Performs supervisory duties as directed by the Branch VP, including scheduling, counseling, coaching, problem solving, training/development, and performance reviews. Handles inquiries and situations that are more complex and require supervisory attention. Oversees and ensures proper controls are maintained.
