Assistant Boys Tennis

About the role

Responsible for assisting in the coaching and development of boys tennis players at Thomas Jefferson High School. Duties include organizing practices, managing equipment, and working closely with the head coach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing practice sessions
• Manage and maintain tennis equipment
• Work closely with the head coach to develop player skills
• Attend all school functions and events

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field
• Experience coaching tennis at high school level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of tennis rules and regulations
• Experience with player development and coaching techniques
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
