ASSISTANT BOYS SOCCER COACH (JV)

Responsibilities

• Aid the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices and games.
• Instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of soccer.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and character development.
• Supervise student-athletes during practices, contests, and team activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Support the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
• Communicate effectively with the Head Coach, athletes, parents, and school personnel.
• Assist with equipment management and other program needs as assigned.
• Comply with all district policies, athletic department expectations, and state athletic association rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or Athletic Director.

Requirements

Experience coaching youth soccer is preferred but not required. A strong commitment to the values of the school community is essential.
