Responsibilities
- Coach boys and girls track and field teams
- Develop and implement training programs
- Work closely with students, parents, and other coaches
- Ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations
Requirements
- Licensure in coaching track and field
- Experience coaching at the high school level
- Ability to work effectively with students and staff
Qualifications
- Pass a background check/fingerprinting
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Knowledge of track and field techniques and rules

Pay
Pay is based upon experience and as established by the Ball-Chatham Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement Salary Schedule B-3 (Athletics).
