About the Role
Prospect Ridge Academy is seeking an Assistant Coach for Boys and Girls Track & Field, specializing in sprints.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach in planning and implementing daily practices for sprint events.
- Provide instruction and feedback to student-athletes to improve technique, speed, and performance.
- Support athletes during meets, including warm-ups, event management, and motivation.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive athletic environment.
- Assist with meet preparation, including setup, timing, and coordination with officials.
