Assistant boatman / labourer / varied role

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Boatman/Labourer (Trainee) to join our small, friendly team in a varied and hands-on outdoor role.

Responsibilities

• Garden and grounds maintenance
• Strimming and grass cutting
• Operating tractors, dumpers and ride-on mowers
• Basic building and maintenance work
• Assisting with property and house preparations
• Feeding and caring for chickens and birds
• Working on the water, including crewing a small staff boat
• Operating small dories and RIBs
• S supporting general boating activities

Requirements

• A Powerboat Level 2 qualification would be advantageous
• Previous boating experience is essential

About the employer

Full-time position (42 hours per week)

Monday to Friday working pattern

Paid bank holidays
