Responsibilities
- Track product shortages and equipment needs.
- Assist with interviewing and training new Team Members to perform their job duties.
- Liquor inventory.
- Scheduling.
- Managing budget and labor costs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Beverage Management experience with a high volume beverage background.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Excellent attention to detail both in products, service and the appearance of all operating Beverage outlets.
- Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand the activity in the department.
