Assistant Baseball Coach

About the role

The Assistant Baseball Coach will assist in all aspects of the team’s operations, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game preparation and strategy discussions
• Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement training programs
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Communicate with players and parents regarding team activities and expectations
• Attend games and practices to provide support and guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Education, or related field
• Experience coaching at the high school or college level
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of baseball rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for youth sports and education

Skills

• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Effective time management and organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
