Assistant Baseball Coach

About the role

This position will be responsible for coordinating the training, identification and recruitment of athletically and academically talented student-athletes, fostering a positive and competitive environment, assisting with administration and organization of tournaments, games, practice, managing equipment, fundraising and community involvement, and other duties designated by the Head Coach.

The Assistant Coach is also responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, MAC, and CMU rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Two years of collegiate coaching and recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to following NCAA rules and regulations.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree.
  • Division I coaching and recruiting experience.
