Join Associated Bank as an Assistant Bank Manager and help lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing day-to-day branch operations, coaching bankers to achieve performance goals, and building strong customer relationships that drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of bankers to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Support the Branch or Market Manager in driving branch performance and ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Aid customers with transactions, account openings, and financial solutions that meet their needs.
• Identify and deepen customer relationships through proactive outreach and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the Teller Supervisor and Bank Manager on scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Advocate for digital banking adoption by educating customers and colleagues on available tools and channels.
• Serve as acting branch leader in the absence of the Branch or Market Manager.

Requirements

This position requires a credit check per 12 CPR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z. Key Accountabilities include leading, coaching, and developing a team, supporting branch performance, managing operations, assisting customers, identifying customer relationships, collaborating on scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management, advocating for digital banking adoption, and serving as acting branch leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of leadership or financial branch management experience

Skills

Preferred Business certification within 2 years of hire. Key skills include effective communication, leadership, customer service, and financial management.

Pay

$20.43 - $35.02 per hour
